We purchased DVD inserts from this company in September for $17.49. When we tried to use them we found the die cut was flawed and would be impossible to use.
We contacted CDRDVDRMEDIA.com for an RMA and they provided one. We spent $7.00 on materials and shipping to send the DVD inserts back. We then received a replacement product WITH THE SAME FLAW!
We contacted them immediately and they again offered an RMA. I requested store credit this time and asked to be compensated for shipping as we would have spent as much in shipping as we did for the product itself.
They never responded, even after several resends.
We finally decided to never buy from them again.
