Told me that in the State of Oregon I could make money on internet without having to pay fees for information, I can't get information for State of Oregon and the $89.00 I spent for software isn't refundable

I called the (800) 440-7234 number and was told that I could make extra money using my internet. That I wouldn't have to pay fees to receive information on trustee'/trustor's/deeds. I was also told that Oregon would be one State that I could get this information free of charge. I found out that I have to pay fees to receive information. Than after talking to help (800) 306-9906 that Oregon doesn't have an Recorder/Autitor. I spend $89.00 for the software, and found out today 03/29/05 that the software is non refundable. And I can't get information off the internet for details for the recorder's.
