I had an account with AOL. It was a free month or so, I wanted to cancel it because I was living off of noodles and water. I called, tried to cancel, was "given" two extra months for free, and was billed for those two months. I called once again and cancelled, got my cancellation numbers, and figured everything was OK. NO! I did get my money refunded for those two months but on the same day that they refunded my money, they took out a months payment for service that had been cancelled. If you couldn't guess, they "aren't allowed to refund any more than two months". Hmmm, what a coincidince!
