Fraudulant billing unlawfull use of personal information

I have never heard of this company and they are billing my phone account. On their website they say they give out your information to telemarketers of their choice even if your phone is registered with do not call. So they are invading my privacy, since i never asked for their services in any way.

They have unlawfully used my personal information, besides how did they get my information???
