Bidz.com clearly states that they will accept returns for a full refund up to 14 days after the purchase but that a "Refund Authorization" number is required before the item is returned. After repeated attempts to contact the company via email and phone to receive a Refund Authorization #, I still haven't heard from anyone.
I emailed every department listed on the website and was on hold on the phone until I was disconnected but still no one has ever gotten in touch with me. So, now I as stuck with a defective piece of jewelry that no one would want to have!
