Subject: Your Company will be blacklisted

On the 25 Oct I transferred $1419 from my account in the UK, to your account at Citibank, Milpitas, CA 95035, as payment for a Fujitsu Lifebook P2120. Although item had recently been discontinued by Fujitsu, you assured me you could get hold of one.

Now nearly 5 months down the line, and despite numerous e-mails, faxes and telephone calls, your company has failed to forward the goods as requested, or reimburse funds back into my account, and you never reply to the e-mails or faxes regarding the issue.

Unless I receive confirmation from yourself that goods have been dispatched, (with date), or funds totalling $1419, have been credited to my account by FRIDAY 4th, then I have no alternative but to name and shame your company on the following websites.
