Ordered item on above date and money taken from my account on this day. Numerous e mails requesting info, re non delivery of goods.
After 10 weeks goods arrived damaged and useless.
Further emails sent and eventually collated all correspondence and sent by mail to company. No response to date (4/5) from either letter or latest e mails, requesting collection of damaged item or a label for me to return the useless goods, and meanwhile they have had my money in their account since January. Appalling customer service.
