I purchased a laptop for my daughter. At first I was going to not purchase it because they would only warrant it for 30 days and I told them that my daughter wouldn't be using if for a couple of month. They said it was fine, not to worry. The warranty would be fine for 30 days after she got it. I brought it to her in Chicago. It didn't work properly from the get go. The floppy disk drive didn't work and some of the keyboard keys would not work sometimes.
When I took the laptop back to them they refused to live up to their warranty and even wanted to charge me $200 just to look at it.
These guys really shnookered me and I am very angry.
