This internet company advertises 48 hour shipping.in spite of repeated emails, my product didn't arrive for seven and a half weeks - with no excuses given. Their refund policy included the stipulation that the outside shipping box not be opened. However, this policy was never communicated in the emails nor is it specified on their website. Now I'm stuck with the product which I was able to purchase at a local store, and I can't get a refund.
