Being in the technical field, I have my doubts when I first saw the offer on my e-mail. Last X'Mas, my kid wanted a PS2, so I gave in. What harm can it do, right? I fulfilled my requirements right away (2 credit cards & 1 Training CD company), sent the voucher with Confirmation of Delivery from USPS. 4 weeks passed, no gift. Uh-Oh!
That's when I discovered consumer complaints! FOUR PAGES of lists of customer's complaints! I am not surprised but I am disappointed at myself for not fully researching this before I responded to the offer. I should have trusted my gut instinct. I am hoping that mine will have a happy ending, so I started the first of a series of phone calls and e-mails today, Jan. 30. Thanks to the folks who sent in their stories, I got a lot of info to pursue this matter. I'll let you know if it's Happily Ever After!
