Does not honor rebates, no response to e-mails or phone calls Rebate Ripoff

I purchased items from Tiger Direct in Sept with seven separate rebates from Soyo. I filled the forms out completely and mailed them in seven separate envelopes with the supporting documentation to validate the rebates the very next day after I purchased the items. I waited the 10 weeks that they specify before contacting them and when my rebates were not showing up as received in their system, I sent several e-mails to [email protected]. I received no responses. I then called them at (909) 292-2500 five times and the phone was always answered with voicemail. I left five separate messages requesting someone to call me back to discuss the status of my rebate submissions. None of my calls were returned either. It wasn't until January that five of the seven rebates showed up as approved in their system. The postmark dates are listed as October 15,22 and 30 which is incorrect.

Today it is January 30, four months have passed and still no rebate checks have been received. I am losing patience with this company! They have an F grade with the BBB and do not respond to their complaints, I wonder why?! It's because they're terrible. I'll never buy another Soyo product ever again.

I filed with the BBB, my state attorney general's office and the US attorney general. If there is a class action suit filed, please contact me, I want in! I want my $180!!!
