Good luck trying to talk to someone live... I have left long voicemail messages as it is impossible to speak to a real person regarding a rebate. Not that I expect anyone to respond. The best you can do is get a voicemail directing you to the site where your rebate was "approved" months ago & an email address that no one responds to... At least I recieved one of the 4 rebates I am owed, it must have been an accident on their part. (the 20 dollar one of course), NOT the 40,35, OR 50 dollar ones that I am still owed. Got burned on both the NewEgg mobo & Tigerdirect barebones "deals"... If it sounds too good to be true. I wouldn't buy another piece of Soyo equipment if they delivered it to my door with a check. I am going to make it my mission to make them miserable until they go out of business
