Bill Baker, who is not of American descent, is from Macedonia. He lives in Oak Park, CA. And he charms his way into making you invest in a food show and says he has all these connections but we found out too late. He is 5'6" or 5'7" chubby gray haired man who has no conscience of the people he has misled. One day we're friends then the next he doesn't answer his phone. I'm out 5k but lesson learned.
