Poor Customer Service/Billing Issues

When I first signed up for the service, the company gave me a quote of $104 a month for internet service. I signed up for a 2 year plan and scheduled an installation. The technician installed the equipment, but did it wrong. I was without service for one week, because the technician could not come back out. The technician should have installed it right in the first place, very disappointed. A month into a service, the company disconnected our service, due to non payment. I called and asked them why I never received a bill. They stated they sent me a bill through my email. I asked them to send me a paper copy and they replied with, "We will have to charge you a fee for a paper copy."
I checked my email and the bill and tried to open attachment, but the attachment was encrypted. I explained that to the CSR, but she told me that she could not override the paper copy fee. I have to pay $35.00 reactivation fee. The next month the company did the same thing to me, but I had paid the bill on time, but they said they never received it. They told me that they would investigate and call me back. It took them 3 days to investigate and again, was without internet. I called them on the fourth day and told them I wanted to cancel my account. The CSR asked why, and I told her 4 times why and she wanted to argue with me that it was my fault, that I was getting poor service. Two weeks later, the CSR called to schedule a de-installation. We scheduled a date, and they did not show up. The CSR called and left a message for me to call and reschedule a time. I called and schedule a new pick up time. I was told that I did not have to be there. The equipment was placed on the side of the house for them to pick up. I was on vacation at the time of pickup. The technician did not pickup equipment and left a note to reschedule.
I called to reschedule and the CSR said, "No, I am not spending the money to send another technician out, you will have to send the equipment to us! I explained that the equipment was in plain view of the technician, if he would have looked, but he did not look and just left. The CSR was extremely rude and unprofessional to me.
This Company has the most unprofessional CSR's I have ever encountered! I recommend everyone, not to use this service!
