I would personally not trust this website ever again. They state that uploaded files will be kept forever, and then this year decided to erase everyone's files leaving us all to start over (even paying customers) with no explanation at all.
They have extremely poor customer service, and they have refused to respond to many questions regarding this. The site frequently does not work, but it is still taking money from customers. I have not been able to get any files uploaded to this website to work, but they continue to take money from people, and have disabled access to the site for many people meaning that credit card information cannot be removed. Extremely poor service from this company.
