For the past few years I "used" taxbrain by inputting some of info (no SSNs and no real names/address) JUST TO SEE HOW BAD THEY MESSED UP EACH YEAR.
Every year they would MISS CRITICAL information, forms, flags, and calculate INCORRECT AMOUNTS EVERY TIME. Just to compare, this year Turbotax calculated my fed return at about $3,000, Taxbrain - $5,400. They cannot handle 2 state returns (NJ resident/NY non resident income), miss Yonkers taxes, add credits/deduction that I'm not eligible for. They need to fire all of their analysts and programmers and start fresh! And TEST TEST TEST every state scenario. Or better yet - close the company, your not doing your job!
