They advertise high speed fast downloads. It just took me over an hour to download a 3 min video. Half the time I can't get on to pages. I am not getting the high speed I'm being charged for. They send me a pop-up saying a bill is due; can't access credit card. I haven't received a bill (paper, e-statement, nothing).
The installation person left his trash in my house and didn't clean up where he drilled the wall. I called to complain about that and was told they would take money off the bill for 3 months. I have yet to see that because I don't get a bill, just a pop-up that says I owe.
Nobody on the phone knows anything. They couldn't even find my name in their system. This company is a joke.
