They advertise high speed fast downloads. It just took me over an hour to download a 3 min video. Half the time i cant get on to pages. No high speen im being charged for. Send me a pop up sayin bill is due cant access credit card. I havent recieved a bill (paper, estatement nothing). They installation person left his trash in my house and didnt clean up where he drilled therw wall. Called complained about that said they would take money off bill for 3 months. Yet to see that cuz i dont get a bill just a pop up that says i owe. Nobody on phone knows anything. Couldnt even find name in their system. This company is a joke
