After launching my new business 2 days ago and sending houndreds of potential clients to my new website to register for a new service-IContact decides to disable my sending of emails on my account and therefore all welcome messages to new potential customers!!!
This is the most unprofessional way of doing business and I have lost all my belief that Icontact is the right business partner to support my needs!
Now, all new subscribers will be lost and not receive the necessary information!!!
No one from support can help me and no one can phone me to explain why this happened and rectify the problem-ridiculous!
This shattered all faith I had in Icontact!
