Fraud, deceit, misrepresentation, non-disclosure

Service provided caused additional problems with my laptop; did
absolutely nothing to help; charged me 29.97 to give me a misrepresented sales "pitch"; now have recurring charges on my credit card which was NEVER AUTHORIZED. These people are lying thieves!!!
