Unhappy with sales person and product

Instead of just receiving a pleasant and helpful activation of Speedy PC Pro, I was told I HAD to wait until my computer was explored for problems. Many were found, even though I had already checked my laptop within the last two days and had NO problems. I then was given a HARD SELL re: I MUST sign up for a technical support program costing $199! (Note: I had to ask 3 times for the charge amount, which he didn't want to give me.) When I wanted to think it over and get a second opinion, I was told I really should signup then. (I ended the conversation.) I'm very disappointed with this service; I really want my money back.
