On December 7, USBI, on behalf of One Call Comm charged 4 separate calls to my phone bill. They were all to the UK, for anywhere from 3-20 minutes, all 4 calls within a span of 35, minutes. I found One Call's number through directory assistance. The person on the other end of the phone got real nervous when I started asking questions and would not even give me their company information. He finally just said - have a nice day - and hung up on me.
Anyone having this problem with One Call, should contact the Indiana State Attorney's Office at 1-800-382-5516. They will fax, e-mail or mail you a complaint form. They have had other complaints and are willing to investigate the matter.
