I went into the store because my battery was dying constantly and I just got the phone in January and since I have a warranty I don't want to go battery plus and buy one which is what the first "sales rep" told me to do. I came back later the guy said he was going to order me one it never came. Also two guys stood there laughing not offering to help and I had to wait on someone who would when my contract is done im out.
