I bought an "Ultra 512MB PC2700 DDR 333MHz" for the price of 94.99 on June 24. They promised me a rebate of $30 making the total cost: $64.99 (a great deal!!!).
I sent in the rebate form, with a copied packing slip and the original UPC, well before the 30 days from purchase date.
I emailed the rebate issues department twice and I didn't get any replies. Now here I am January 3 still waiting for a miracle.
I have two regrets! One, buying the products hoping for a rebate. And two, not making a copy of the rebate form.
Though it is possible to see that I have actually purchased this item, there should be a way that I could still recieve it right? TigerDirect.com offers that where you can see what you've paid for.
I actually bought two of these. One I sent in using one address and the another I used a relative's address, thinking (one rebate per household). Think again, ZERO rebates per household. I should at least get one of them but it's fairly accurate that I recieve both since I use two different households to mail it.
I've been waiting over six months and I'm out $60.
