After having my account hacked for the 2nd time in a couple of months, the Match customer service reps couldn't manage to transfer my call to a supervisor, said they'd have one call me right back, which didn't happen and I had to call back again. Then after 45 minutes I reached a supervisor, who refused to provide her last name and a phone number of email address for their VP of Customer Care. Then I was refused a refund. They hide behind fake names or just first names with no last name and have not figured out how to provide a secure site. For the record, I obtained the Snr VP of Customer Care and COO's names and phone numbers thru research - Diane Watson, and Sam Yagan. 214-576-9352
