Like so many others I let myself be lured after seeing numerous advertisements from this comany. It was for market researchers needed for an IBM laptop.
My computer is old so I thought why not try. As I started the process I discovered it was not free but I had to finish a survey and take 6 offers two from each of three tiers.
As I got to tier three, my system crashed. When I went back online it seemed to have lost all my data but low and behold a "new offer" for a gateway 3000 appeared. This time after I completed the sixth offer, my system crashed... Seems convenient since I do not have a lot of system crashes.
I rebooted and low and behold it states I am in the process for qualifying for the IBM but none of my accepted offers are listed and different offers are now on the page.
I have emailed customer service 2 times in the last three weeks with no response. I also looked here and called the number listed on other reports.
After having completed at least ten offers (some paid some "free" offers" I am frustrated and just want to receive something I think I have spent enough money "qualifying for". I hope they will respond and resolve this or I will contact BBB and the Florida state attorney general as well as the FTC.
I will wait to see if the company decides to respond for a short while but not long. Consumers do not deserve to have this type of experience after spending hours taking a survey and completing offers.
