AT&T inactivated my email account and after 2 hours on the phone with them, still no resolve. They are either unable or unwilling to tell me why they did this. They are implying that I can no longer have this email address. I have had this email address over 15 years and ALL my contacts are in located here and now I can't even access my account to transfer data, etc. I will never be able to replicate these records. Help!
