My biggest mistake ever - be very aware of them! Ripoff!

Here we go.

I purchased the Smart Certify plan at the beginning of July and I was guranteed by the sales rep. That the training would be "for me". They then take you thru an online promo and then they hook line and sink you in. I did not read everything on the contract and now I was then stuck with the worst warranty or gurantee I have ever heard off.

I found out the program was not for me after just a few days of using it. It may very well work for some people but it did not work for me. Anyways I called in and wanted to cancel since it was the worst training experince I had eevr been thru. They kept on offering an upgrade of more of their useless tools that I will never use and the same old runaround. Emailing me their warranty info. Regardless I have been fighting every week, and I have never payed them once. I have contacted a lawyer and the Better Buiness Bureau of West Florida. They incidently have received quite a few complaints on how the way this company does business at no surprise from me.

Anyways they guranteed me over the phone it would be for me and it is not so I am not going to pay them a single dime and anyone out there with the same problem I suggest to do the same. They have said they dealt with me in good faith and they do not understand that the consumer deals with them in good faith and not vice versa. I have been in contact with multiple managers, vice presidents, and the final end Jennifer Rohrbough. She is an executive assistant just doing her job, because the big wigs do not want to deal with the headache of consumers. Anyways she will reply back to you to offer you more upgrades for free or just the warranty info verbaitum as it is read on the contract.

The only way to fight Smart Certify is in the pocketbook and the unfortunate legal proceedings I am planning on going thru. I would not pay them a single dime if you are not satisfied. Do not forget to sign a official complaint thru the Better Business Bureau on their website. They will do anything to make a sale and I feel their customer service is one of the worst in the country.

You need to tell your story to every computer magazine you read, every blog you goto, every seminar you attend, every class you attend or teach, and any it person, computer hobbyist, it student, is, mis, cis, network admin, systems integrator, programmer... Anyone in the computer field needs to be aware of them and these practices.

With your help, sprending the word to all we know thru whatever means. We can deal a bad hand back to smart certify that they have dealt to us.
