On January 17 I made an online purchase Order# 27373 (garage springs, $99.90) and couple days later another Order# 27460 (two bearings $59.90) from DIY Garage Repair.
According to the web side the parts ware to be delivered from the vendor in 2 weeks.
Only one of the bearings showed up on time. After a month I called Mike from DIY Garage Repair to get the status. Mike informed me that the vendor is very slow and asked to give him coupe more weeks. Another month passed with zero communication from DIY. Called Mike again, this time he told me that the parts showed up at the warehouse and he will personally ship it from Riverside CA.
Another month passed and no parts. Called again on 4/2 and this time Mike didn't want to talk to me and transferred my call to Mrs. Shanda to get refund. She informed me that because too much time passed from the online purchase she can not credit my account and will have to mail the check. Today is May 29 and still no refund. Please help.
