I called this so called company on 05/02 that i don't believe is real company now that i look more into this matter. I found them on the internet. They came out an looked at my TV and told me it was my power supply box upon leaving them a 100.00 dollar deposit for these parts, i asked mike the service technician was he absolutely sure it was the power supply box he stated; that he had seen this problem all the time on other TVs an he was sure that this was the problem. On 05/09 HE returned an put the parts on the tv upon completion, the TV did not turn on at all prior to this the tv would come on but shut off but now the TV does nothing after the service man mike performed on it. So i ask mike the technician what could it be he stated that he didn't know and would have to go back to the shop and look it up. He then stated he would be back on 05/17 with new parts. That day came an went with out him calling to notify me of any updates. I had to call him a few times before i was able to reach him on 05/17 this was after 5pm when he took my call. I asked mike the technician what was going on he stated that he was still waiting on parts to come in. My question is how is it that you ordered parts but didn't know what the problem was on 05/09 but still ordering parts like he playing the guessing game. I then stated to mike the technician that i would like a refund of my deposit because i believe he didn't know what he was doing. He then stated i would have to pay for reshipment of the parts he ordered from my deposit and i would not be able to receive my full return.
