Well, this is stupid, but I'm still annoyed months later. I had MSN service for a long time, and then switched to DSL/Cable. I decided that it was silly to pay for two services (though I loved my MSN address).
When I called to cancel, they ended up billing me for the final month, DESPITE the fact that I canceled on the last day of the billing cycle. Their customer service said that even though it was the last day, they couldn't roll over their cancelation until the following month.
