False Adverstiment and Poor Customer Service On Every Level - living social

I bought a birthday party deal for my daughter, turning 11. It was a compnay called "Girls Only." It says a DYI party. However, I, based on the info on Living Soical and what I saw (at that time) on the web site for the compnay, thought that you host your party at their location. I understand the 7 days to request a refund, but bought it in March for a June birthday. Never having any type of issues with Living Social... I didn't think about booking the party until May. Upon calling the vendor, who was very upleansant, found that every detail was not clear. She also stated that she didn't have any thing for my daughters age group. (10 turning 11.) In addition, she stated there is a $75 deposit, never noted in living socail. However, over all, she really acted like she was bothered with my living soical deal and really didn't want to do business with me. I think this was the main issue that I had.
Upon sending an email to living soical... With no response after 4 days... I called the customer service line. Only to find that living soical really doesn't care about my concerns of the bussiness or wishes to keep me as a customer. The person I spoke to on the phone from Living Social could only respond that it was too late. Even after telling them of the comments from the vendor. I asked to speak to a supervisor, to be put on hold and then read to from the vendors web site. I explained that I understand what the web site states from the vendor, but being a very detailed person, did not find that to be stated information as of March.in addition, the vendor, while on Living Social, listed my daughters age group, added that there is nothing really for her age. After going around in circles, the rep stated she would send it to a nother level for review to see if what I am saying is correct. I felt that she was calling me a liar. I am most likely not their best customer, but I do buy things from them often and give them as gifts to my employees. I have NEVER made any issue on any other vendor. I would think that customer service would be more of a goal for this company. I was not asking for my money back but for a credit. I do not any services from Girls Only based on my phone call with, I think to be, the owner.
Never again!!
