I only opened 1 email - apparently that means that i have used the match.com 'services' and cannot be entitled to receiving a refund. I do not want to be a part of match.com - especially now that they claim that i cannot be released from my 6 month subscription, even though i only had it for a matter of hours - i was immediately trying to cancel my subscription because i did not read that they took the whole 77 pounds straight from your account and thought i would only be paying 12per month.
