Deceptive sales practices, fail to honor advertised prices Rebate Ripoff

I'm writing to bring your attention to a problem I've had with price and value with one of your products. I hope CompUSA, Inc. Will address this problem to my satisfaction. This concerns a retailer located at Rt 1
Edison, NJ. This incident has left me angry, frustrated, and believing that your practices are disrespectful of my time.

Here's my problem: I went to CompUSA to purchase two SD cards (128MB) of memory because your website clearly stated these cards were free after rebate.

The manager on duty said they were not instant rebate, they were mail in rebate, but they did not have forms and would mail them. And if forms did not come in, he would make good on the rebates. When I called on the phone to check the status of the mailing I was told that there were no forms, and no rebate, and my only recourse was to return the memory.

Corporate email replied that that there never was a rebate, despite the fact that I'm looking at printouts.

I've now spent 45 minutes in the store, an hour on the phone, and been hung up on 4 times by the voice answering system.

And now I'll need to spend more time driving to the store and standing inline to return $75 worth of memory that was advertised as free after rebate
