I received a bill for access to a pay per view website
supposedly on 11/24/04 at 12:25 pm.
No one was using the internet or computer that time of day!

Also, my internet service is through my cable company, not
through a phone line!!!

How can I be charged for phone service when I access
the internet through cable?
