I found the solicitation quite enticing, despite working in the market research industry. Fortunately, (or unfortunately given that they won't leave me alone) I only provided them with an email address.
Professionals in my industry are absolutely against this practice, as am I, because it is wrong and it defames honest practitioners of legitimate research.

The viewer of this website can see that my industry has taken legal action against this devious entity for a practice that is called "sugging."
Those of you who have been abused by eMarket Research Group are encouraged to file a sugging complaint with the FCC (federal communications commission) and the FTC (federal trade commission). Your state attorney general as well as senators and congressional members are good outlets for your grief to be turned into results.
