This company is adept at manipulating the ebay rules and regulations. They refused to refund or credit a defective item that was returned to them. They purposly dragged the process out for over 30 days which effectively eliminated the Paypal buyer protection plan. They did this for a $27.00 purchase. This is not a reputable company.
