Horrible service from you! Where is my refund? It has been 6 months since it was promised by Gwendolyn Johnson at the Comcast Executive Offices in West Palm Beach! You keep ignoring my numerous emails and proof sent 3 weeks ago directly to you! Why aren't you investigating this and getting me my promised account credit? You claim to be in customer service so please get this credited now! Comcast account last four 3901!
