Ripoff moves to another state and continues to commit Internet sales FRAUD

On August 12th I ordered 3pcs Driveway Patrol from you.

You shipped me 1pc and charged my credit card for 3pcs.
I have been trying since then, unsuccessfully, to get you to fulfill this order. If I do not hear from you by 11/12 regarding this matter I will contact the State's Attorney's office and file a FRAUD charge, inform American Express of this action on your part and file in the Small Claims Court of Maryland for a summary judgment against your company.
