On Friday 7/2, I placed an order from SDLOGIC Technologies online at http://www.sdlogic.Us for a total of $304.35. I paid using my American Express credit card. The website said the lead time for the product I ordered was 5 to 7 days. On the same date my American Express credit card was charged $304.35 for the product.
On Monday 7/19, I contacted SD Logic via email at [email protected] and asked them why my order has still not been shipped.
On Tuesday 7/20, SDLOGIC Technologies replied via email and said they are waiting for shipment from ACS Asia. This process usually takes approximately 7-10 business days.
On Monday 8/2, I requested that my order be canceled and I will be purchasing thru another supplier. SDLOGIC Technologies replied on the same day and said they said would they would process my refund within the next 5 business day
On Thursday 8/12, I contacted SDLOGIC Technologies. I informed them that it has been 8 days since I requested the charge be refunded on my credit card. On the same day SDLOGIC Technologies replied and said it may take up to one billing cycle to see the refund reflected on my credit card.
Around 8/19 I contacted my credit company, American Express and informed them of my situating.
About 4-6 weeks later, American Express credited my account.
Beware of this company. The company lies. On the website, the company said I would be shipped the product in 5 to 7 days.instead I was not. Furthermore, the company did not bother to credit my credit card even though I canceled my order and requested I be refunded. They told me it may take up to one billing cycle to see if reflected on your card, which was a lie again. I received my billing statement and it showed no credit and had to dispute the charge with American Express.
