This is my demand to cease and desist attempting to enforce your judgment without using the sheriff. Your fax to my payroll dept is a violation of the FDCPA.in order to do a garnishment you would have to obtain a new writ, and utilize the sheriff. Your attempt at self help is a violation and the penalty is $1000 plus attorneys fees. This is my demand for $1500. You have already received payment in full from the previous garnishment as follows. You are trying to "double dip" and you have missapropriated the funds received.
