Too big to care. I have spent several "days" trying to contact these people to change my service. No one answers the phones and to try and navigate their website is a nightmare (I'm sure by design). The best way NOT to provide a service is to provide it in a way that no one can take advantage of..
I think this is called a runaway train. I have services I can't put a stop to... Except perhaps by not paying my bill... Getting help from Comcast is like trying to get help from the govenrment!!
