DSL Modem Lights Blink Red and Internet Will Not Work

Do not buy AT&T internet service. It is horrible. No customer service. They blame the problem on the computer. Everyone I know who has AT&T DSL has the same problem. The DSL and internet lights on the modem blink red and the internet wont work. Do not buy it.
