I try, I really do. I've been so loyal to AT&T since dial up! Each year that passes by, the internet gets more expensive and the quality just gets crappier! The techs telling me to reset the modem is the most amateur assistance/advice EVER. Who doesn't know that? It simply just doesn't help. I went from slow connections to almost NO connections. These past 2 years, my internet has been disconnecting every so OFTEN. Today, I'm pulling my last strand of hair for being loyal. My internet has been disconnecting every 2-5 minutes today. This review has been copied and pasted 5 times BECAUSE of the crappy internet!
