I reported to credit one bank about identity theft on my credit card with this company, and I have called them 3 times to change the info that the thief changed. The represenative assisting me said they took care of and corrected the issue and to wait 7-10 days for a new card. Well, here I am 3 months later fighting them that they have not taken care of the issue and they have assured me it has been taken care of. So when I call for the third time they state they sent the new card to the correct address, which is the address the thief is using! They still do not have it correct. What is it going to take for these people to get it right?
