I am writting about AOL and the billing I am getting on my phone bill. I found out that it was them billing us for an account we have not had in 1 year. And my husband cancelled it back then. Then all of a sudden we were getting another bill in Sept. I blocked my checking account so they could not bill after they supposedly cancelled my account again. Now they are saying we reopened it and have $80 something in fees from them. But we do not even have a working computer so the times they are saying someone was on is impossible. I called and spoke to a Nikki in Jacksonville. What a mistake she called us liers and would not cancell anything and refused us a manager. She was extremely rude! I called back and spoke to a manager that was the same way. Would not listen to anything. He sd they would just send me a paper bill and if we did not pay we would go to collections and contune to be billed. I would pay if we had a working computer and someone used it, but that is not the case. They are crooks and something need to be done! And also my phone company sd they have been duble billing people on phone bill and credit card so watch out and check your phone bills!!
