Will keep charging you even though their representative cancelled your order and supervisor will hang up on you if you try to get refund

I tried to cancel my subscription after downloading one book to use on my Sony Walkman. The representative assured their system would not work on MP3 (Sony Walkman) and would cancel my account. He did not and I have been billed for 3 months at 14.99 per month. I called to talk with a supervisor and she said my complaint was going nowhere and HUNG UP ON ME.

Rip Off company.
