That Is my second order. I was wanting the corporation had got their work together! I've today delivered a next mail towards the organization questioning what's happening with my purchase... Have yet to receive an answer. I put the purchase on Nov 26 it's today December 18th. Still no response. Our card was billed exactly the same evening and that's the final I've noticed in the organization. I'm reluctant to-order merch online and so I USUALLY do little test orders before I invest in significant purchases. I probably will soon be calling my lender to challenge the cost because they certainly were suppopsed to become Holiday presents however they probably won't be delivered.
Beyond sad the customer service sucks! The corporation/product line has great potential but $#*! Ty customer support with no followthrough on orders is no way to operate a small business.
