I put my purchase online on 12/14/09 (charge card was billed exactly the same time). It's today 1/22/10 and that I still haven't gotten my purchase. I delivered a contact a week ago asking about me purchase and also have gotten NO reaction. Not really an automatic one confirming the e-mail was obtained! Terrible organization!
