Not receiving my orde

I put an order via web on 1/03 and also the following day I obtained an order confrimation out of this organization declaring my purchase could be delivered the moment possible. No major package, after I put my purchase I had been informed that it'd consider 5 business days to get it. I had beennot worried until evening 6 arrived so when without any term from True Value. Convinced that there has to be something amiss or possibly the things were on back-order I named True Worth and quit a voicemail for both customer support representatives. Yes thats privileges the corporation just has 2 customer support representatives! While that did not work I also delivered 3 emails to customer support, but nonetheless no reaction. Therefore nowadays has become 1/13 and that I eventually got the owner about the telephone (but she cannot help me different subsequently to provide me voicemail all over again. Lastly her manager could provide me the e-mail address towards the customer support supervisor...

I am still waiting on the reaction from her... Exactly what a headache that I've to find somebody within this organization to discover where my order is, which was compensated entirely online your day of my purchase. And yes my charge card was statement that same-day. Below I although Customer Support must be the most significant section of a Retail Businesses business. I WOn't ever purchase out of this organization again or my local Ace Equipment as a result of this problem!
