They let me down every time. - Telephone Service

I was solicited to change phone services in my small business to Windstream. They offered a package that was very competitive so I accepted their offer.

This was the beginning of the worst and longest series of phone service problems I have ever experienced. To move my 5 lines to their company ended up taking almost 6 months, with uncounted visits by technical people from both their company and the company they sublet lines from. It may have never been resolved because until I demanded the two service men meet in my office to get on the same page they had never even talked to the other company. They just kept issuing repair orders and service changes and never tried to figure out what they were doing wront.

Yesterday, I decided to make two minor changes to 2 of my 5 lines. Today, my main number reaches the message that "Your call can not be completed as dialed."

This is the worst service I have ever received, not just from a phone company but for any company I have ever done business with.
